I had planned to bike this afternoon.
I have been talking to myself about how getting ready for El Tour will require gutting out miles in some adverse conditions.
Riding in Kansas means dealing with wind. It is a constant of life here.
I noticed last Friday how my balance on the bike has really improved. I think I am finally getting used to having my feet locked to the pedals.
But I am no fool.
I will run today.
